Pricing & Descriptions
The prices seen on this web site are current and correct. When prices are amended it is done straight away on this web site. Prices do not include postage or Value Added Tax (VAT). When ordering on the web site and you 'add to basket' and enter your country in your address the postage and VAT are automatically shown. When you confirm your order that is the price you will pay in pounds sterling. When ordering by other than the web site the prices may change because we reserve the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a change to VAT the appropriate adjustment will be made at time of invoicing/despatch.
We have tried to ensure that the descriptions on this web site are correct, and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act. However, should any customer think that there is any misrepresentation whatsoever, will they please advise us so that the matter can be considered and if necessary amended on the web site.
Where items are no longer available from the original manufacturer we either arrange for the part to be re-manufactured or source the best quality reproduction available.
Ordering in the UK & EEC Countries
VAT must be added to the goods and to the postage. Most items will be sent by parcel post, but next day courier service is available at the current rate. Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.
Custom Duties and Import VAT
When a package is dispatched internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the dispatched goods arrive at the country of destination.
You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. SNG Group does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
Payment
Ordering from our web site
Our web site is set up to enable you to pay by Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, JCB or Pay Pal. When you confirm your order your credit card will be debited straight away. This applies whether or not we have the goods in stock. Our acknowledgement will be sent by e-mail showing all the items in stock or out of stock marked “to follow”. This will give you the opportunity to cancel that item from your order. If you cancel in these circumstances your card or Pay Pal account will be credited with the full amount of that item. If you decide to leave your order with us we will despatch it as soon as the item comes into stock. To meet the requirements of the law we have to say that this may be more than 30 days. You may have your pre-payment back at any time prior to despatch of the goods.
Ordering not from our web site: by phone, by post, in our shop, at a show etc.

Delivery
We give you a choice of methods of delivery:
Post or Courier
The lowest possible delivery charge is untracked post. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery problems which may occur and our liability ends once your package enters the standard Royal Mail service. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a tracked and guaranteed courier service for a small increase in delivery charge. You can select this when ordering.
We try to despatch all items in stock to the customer within 2 days. Items not in stock will take longer, and will be sent separately and indicated thus on the invoice. In placing your order with us you agree that the period for delivery could exceed 30 days. You may contact us at any time regarding delivery and we will advise our best estimated delivery date for the outstanding items on your order. However, we will not be liable for loss or damage through any delay in delivery. Some of our products may not be available for delivery outside the UK due to regulatory restrictions, or for practical reasons may have to be sent under special shipping arrangements at additional cost.
Cancellations
This paragraph applies to goods that have not been used and ordered by a customer. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non stock items ordered specially for you, personalised for you, made to measure for you or containers of liquids, CDs and DVDs which you have unsealed. Under the Regulations you may cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must advise us of the cancellation by letter, fax or email giving your name and address, account number and order reference number, You will then receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used and must be in resalable condition. In the event of the goods being received in damaged condition this must be reported to us within 14 working days of you receiving the goods. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty or as otherwise specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.
Clothing Returns
Where clothing is found to be incorrect in size you may return it to be exchanged for another size. You are to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. We will then send the requested new size at our expense.
Returns/Exchange Policy
This paragraph applies to goods that have been used. All our products are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If any of our products develop a fault as a consequence of faulty workmanship or faulty materials within twelve months from the date of purchase, they may be returned to us with the original invoice, and a covering letter explaining the problem. On receipt of the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item/s and return it/them to you. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us.
NB We do not refund postage costs for items returned for refund unless they are faulty.
Liability
Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.
