No-Hassle Returns

At Holden Vintage & Classic, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

For this reason, if a product is faulty or defective, you may return it to us with a covering letter explaining the problem within 12 months of the date of purchase. We will send you a returns label to send the item back at our cost, and upon receipt of the returned goods, we will repair the product for you or send you a replacement.

If you've had a change of heart, you must notify us within 14 days of placing your order that you wish to return any new unused or unopened items (this does not include made to order items),  items must then be returned within 14 days of notification for a full refund. The items must be in an as-new, resaleable condition. 
A copy of the sales invoice must accompany all returned goods. Sadly we do not refund postage costs unless the products are incorrect or faulty.

If you are returning as-new items at your own cost, please get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning.

Once your return has been confirmed as OK, we'll refund what you've paid for it within 30 working days.
