PRICING: The prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press but cannot be guaranteed for the duration of the catalogue. We therefore reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. This will only be done when a displayed item is no longer available (not Lucas type items).

We always try to supply the original item wherever possible. Where items are no longer available from the original manufacturer we either arrange for the part to be re-manufactured or source the best quality reproduction available.

DELIVERY: All items in stock will be despatched by return. Items not in stock will take longer, and will be sent separately and indicated thus on invoice.

TERMS: Payment with order. All orders will be withheld until payment is made in full. Credit notes can be used on future orders or refunded if required.

LIABILITY: Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract, negligence or by misrepresentation and we will not be liable for any consequential, economic, direct or indirect loss suffered by the customer.

WEIGHTS: Where given, weights are approximate, and include immediate packaging. They are given so than an estimate of postage costs can be calculated. The actual postage charge will take into account the size of the package and materials used.

PRICES AND PAYMENT: Prices do not include postage or VAT. Payment may be made by cheque, postal order, banker's draft, Visa, switch or Access. Cheques should be made payable to Holden Vintage & Classic Ltd. Payment may also be made by direct bank

ORDERING IN UK AND EEC COUNTRIES: VAT must be added to the goods and to the postage. Most items will be sent by parcel post, but next day courier service is available at the current rate.

RETURNS must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice and should be in resaleable condition with packaging undamaged. A 15% handcharge may be implemented. Items returned for refund, credit or exchange should be received within 24 days from date of despatch. Postage will not be credited.

We have tried to ensure that the descriptions in this catalogue are correct, and comply with the Trade Descriptions Act.
